Cooperatives Are Proud Sponsors of the Arkansas Farm Family of the Year
The Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas were founded to serve rural Arkansans. Today, the cooperatives continue this effort by providing reasonably-priced, reliable electric service to Arkansas’ farmers and supporting programs like the Farm Family of the Year asdf.
Since 1947, the Arkansas Farm Family of the Year Program has served as a vehicle to recognize outstanding farm families throughout the state. The Farm Family of the Year program begins each year with selection of top farm families in each county and culminates in December with selection of the state Farm Family of the Year. County, district and state winners all are judged on their farm production, efficiency and management, family life and rural/community leadership and values.
